If you are having difficulty accessing a file (for example a temporary file may have been deleted prematurely, or maybe you are having a difficult time properly decrypting an encrypted file) then you should also reach out to the person who sent you the link.
By the way, it is possible to download then decrypt files to avoid enabling javascript in your browser (or if you happen to be using Netscape or something), but it is not trivial so ask Anastasia for instructions specific to your file!
